I work in public policy. I am also a Visiting Scholar at the Philosophy Programme at Victoria University of Wellington, and a Research Associate at the Centre for Philosophy of Natural and Social Science at the London School of Economics. My research is in philosophy of public policy, political philosophy, and epistemology.

I was previously an Associate Professor of philosophy at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. I was a postdoctoral researcher on the Trusting Banks project,  a collaborative project between the University of Cambridge and University of Groningen. I also spent two years as a temporary lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Cambridge.  I completed my PhD in philosophy at the London School of Economics in 2012.
